Utah developer drops lawsuit to develop waterfall enhancement
PROVO, Utah (AP) — A developer in northern Utah who wished to develop a drug therapy facility in the vicinity of a pure waterfall has determined to fall a lawsuit versus Utah County that was submitted following the county blocked personal advancement.
