Gieswein has posted several shots on his Facebook webpage in which he flashes hand indications used by the group when posing in front of the group’s flag and wearing the group’s emblem, the affidavit suggests.

The affidavit claims Gieswein is considered to run a personal paramilitary teaching group he phone calls the Woodland Wild Puppies. A patch for the team was viewed on Gieswein when he participated in the insurrection, according to the affidavit.

He was determined in photos and videos from the insurrection that demonstrate him outside and inside the Capitol, according to the affidavit.
