FGKS Law announces Borger as shareholder

SIDNEY – FGKS Law, with workplaces in Sidney, Troy and Fort Loramie, announced Philip M. Borger became a shareholder with the firm helpful Jan. 1.

Borger’s areas of concentration consist of organization transactions and estate setting up.

FGKS Law, whose official name is Faulkner, Garmhausen, Keister & Shenk, is a total-assistance legislation business of 14 lawyers. The business has an emphasis on company transactions, business and civil litigation, employment law, actual estate, and estate planning, and also offers serious estate closings and title searches by its title agency, Western Ohio Title Company.

Borger is a 2009 graduate of the University of Cincinnati University of Law. Prior to signing up for FGKS Law as an affiliate at the starting of 2018, he worked at a law organization in Dayton for several several years.

Borger serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Shelby County United Way and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of Commerce. He is associated as a youth sports activities coach in Tipp Town and with quite a few other organizations in Miami County, such as the Tipp City Knights of Columbus and the Troy Noon Optimists Club.

Borger and his wife, Jodi, both of those originally from St. Henry, have three children and reside in Tipp Metropolis.
