Man injured in propane explosion at Franklin duplex has died

FRANKLIN, Va. — A single of the victims who was severely hurt in the propane explosion at the Berkley Court Flats on April 15 has died.

Franklin City Manager Amanda Jarratt and Franklin Law enforcement verified Friday that Michael Wiggins died soon after he was transported from the duplex immediately after the explosion.
