Lawyers team calls for Giuliani’s suspension from legislation follow, ethics probe

The 18-site ethics complaint from the non-partisan team Attorneys Defending American Democracy (LDAD) alleges that Giuliani’s conduct on behalf of previous President Trump crossed “ethical boundaries” that separate zealous authorized advocacy from legal professional misconduct.

“Mr. Giuliani individually highly developed and argued claims in court docket that have been frivolous and experienced no reasonable purpose other than to fuel the extrajudicial marketing campaign of falsehoods,” the petition states.

The complaint urges the grievance committee of the New York courts to suspend Giuliani from working towards legislation though it investigates further more.
