Elon Musk’s child tells court she no longer wants ‘to be related’ to her dad

One of Elon Musk’s youngsters has petitioned a California court to recognize her new identify and gender, expressing she no longer wishes to be linked to her popular and rich father “in any way, form or type.”
The petition was filed by Xavier Alexander Musk, who turned 18 in April and produced the submitting with a county court in Los Angeles shortly thereafter. She requests that her title be altered to Vivian Jenna Wilson. Wilson is the final name of her mom, Justine Wilson, Musk’s ex-spouse and mother of 5 of his seven small children.
Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, is the world’s richest human being with an believed net value of $214 billion.
He has been criticized for some of his statements on Twitter regarding gender identity problems. For instance in December 2020 he posted a tweet, because deleted, that reported “when you set he/him in your bio” together with a drawing of an 18th-century soldier rubbing blood on his facial area in front of a pile of lifeless bodies and sporting a cap that study “I like to oppress.”
In response to criticism to that tweet, Musk wrote on Twitter: “I absolutely assistance trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare.” He also pointed out that Tesla had scored a 100% ranking from the Human Legal rights Campaign as getting one particular of the “Best Areas to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.” Tesla nevertheless has that 100% score in HRC’s 2022 rankings.
Musk has also claimed on Twitter that he is leaning towards supporting Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in the 2024 presidential election. DeSantis recently pushed for and signed laws, known by critics as the Really don’t Say Gay regulation, to restrict discussions of homosexuality and trans issues in the state’s community colleges.
News of Xavier Musk’s submitting broke above the weekend on social media, and in tales on superstar information website The Blast as well as in the Los Angeles Times Monday. There is a hearing for the case established for this Friday.
Early Sunday Musk tweeted Father’s Day greetings, adopted by a further tweet that reported “I really like all my little ones so considerably.”
In addition to Xavier, his children are Xavier’s twin, Griffin 16-year-outdated triplets Damian, Saxon and Kai and his two small children with Grimes, 2-yr-outdated son X and 6-month-aged daughter Y. His to start with child with Wilson died at 10 months old.
