Child of Elon Musk no longer wants to be related to him ‘in any way, shape or form’

One of Elon Musk’s little ones has petitioned a California court docket to recognize her new title and gender, expressing she no for a longer period needs to be similar to her well known and rich father “in any way, form or sort.”
The petition was submitted by Xavier Alexander Musk, who turned 18 before this year and produced the submitting with a county court in Los Angeles soon thereafter. She requests that her name be altered to Vivian Jenna Wilson. Wilson is the final identify of her mom, Justine Wilson, Musk’s ex-spouse and mom of 5 of his 7 children.

Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, is the world’s richest man or woman with an approximated net worth of $214 billion.
He has been criticized for some of his statements on Twitter about gender identity concerns. For example in December 2020 he posted a tweet, given that deleted, that reported “when you set he/him in your bio” together with a drawing of an 18th century soldier rubbing blood on his face in front of a pile of dead bodies and sporting a cap that examine “I really like to oppress.”
In response to criticism to that tweet, Musk wrote on Twitter: “I certainly support trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare.” He also pointed out that Tesla experienced scored a 100% ranking from the Human Rights Campaign as staying 1 of the “Best Locations to Perform for LGBTQ+ Equality.” Tesla even now has that 100% score in HRC’s 2022 rankings.
Musk has also said on Twitter that he is leaning toward supporting Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in the 2024 presidential election. DeSantis just lately pushed for and signed laws, acknowledged by critics as the Really don’t Say Homosexual law, to restrict conversations of homosexuality and trans concerns in the state’s public educational institutions.
News of Xavier Musk’s filing broke around the weekend on social media, and in stories on movie star news site The Blast as nicely as in the Los Angeles Times Monday. There is a listening to for the situation established for this Friday.
Early Sunday Musk tweeted Father’s Day greetings, followed by another tweet that stated “I love all my young children so substantially.”
CNN Business enterprise was not in a position to get in touch with Xavier Musk for comment and there were no remarks from her in other reviews about the filing.
