Carlos Trujillo helps launch law firm with offices in Florida and Washington
Former Ambassador and state Rep. Carlos Trujillo is aiding launch a new multipractice regulation company with offices in Florida and Washington.
Trujillo is founding Continental PLLC with lawyers John Arrastia Jr., Anne Corcoran and Jesus M. Suarez. Arrastia and Suarez provide knowledge in the worldwide, professional and bankruptcy spots, when Corcoran and Trujillo have expertise in federal government, corporate and litigation fields.
Continental PLLC will emphasis on these locations to provide shoppers in legal, political and small business environments in Florida and Washington, as well as Latin America and the Caribbean.
The founding associates mentioned they “are thrilled to incorporate John and Jesus’ market place-top litigation exercise with Carlos and Anne’s depth of knowledge in authorities and politics,” according to a assertion produced Thursday early morning.

Trujillo is a former condition lawmaker. He joined the Household immediately after successful a 2010 contest for the seat in Household District 116. Following a redistricting effort and hard work, Trujillo ran in 2012 for Household District 105, where he yet again gained.
In 2017, Trujillo still left the Household when he was appointed to serve as a Special Advisor to the United States Mission to the United Nations throughout the U.N. Standard Assembly. Former President Donald Trump later appointed Trujillo to serve as an Assistant Secretary of State working with Western Hemisphere affairs. But that appointment finished up stalling out.
Trujillo is a known critic of quite a few Latin American regimes. He was an early backer of opposition leader Juan Guaidó of Venezuela as Guaidó attempted to wrest power from Nicolás Maduro.
Trujillo previously served as a founding companion of Trujillo, Vargas, Gonzalez & Hevia, LLP in Coral Gables.
Arrastia and Suarez equally practiced at Miami-dependent Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A. Corcoran, in the meantime, came around from the organization Nelson Mullins.
Associates Carlos E. Alvarez and Angelo M. Castaldi are also becoming a member of Continental PLLC.
