Tony Cárdenas, D-Calif., who launched the legislation. “This new law will preserve life and protect our little ones by banning lifestyle-threatening crib bumper pads and inclined slumber goods from retailer cabinets.”
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that babies sleep by itself and on their backs on a business, flat floor.
